She holds an MSc in Environmental Sciences and Engineering from the University of Crete. Her research focuses on the investigation of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the atmosphere, with emphasis on their measurement and monitoring, emission characterization, source apportionment, and role in atmospheric chemistry. Her PhD research focuses on VOCs in the Eastern Mediterranean. Her MSc research focused on the investigation of BTEX compounds in the atmosphere of Heraklion, Crete.
